House with a Heart - Pet Sanctuary House with a Heart Pet Sanctuary is located in Laytonsville Md. We received our 501c 3 nonprofit status in December of 2006. Our Mission is to care for Senior dogs that have been turned into shelters either by Owners or as Strays and give them a loving and safe place to live out the rest of their lives.
